What is involved in having a website and keeping it maintained?

Domain Name: We will need to register a domain name for you which will be the "URL" or "address" for your website... think of this like your home address...

Hosting: Your website will need to be hosted 24/7 on a hosting server. The server is a vital part of your website, e-commerce, and e-mail services. We now have TWO dedicated servers!  One is for Windows based "FrontPage" clients and one is for our database and custom programming sites.  Our servers are maintained by reliable teams of "techies" who promptly takes care of all our server administration needs.

Website Development: We will need to work together to determine the structure, content, and functionality for your website as well as the site's "Look and Feel".  We will present "demos" for you to review.  We will make revisions according to your feedback and upon your approval of the design, we will then "code" the entire websites' pages and add content to the pages.  At that point, your website becomes a site that can be accessed, updated, linked to other sites, and submitted to search engines.

Website Marketing: Once your website is built, it will need to be marketed so your viewers can find it. We will discuss several marketing techniques and choose those best for your business and budget.
- Search Engine Submission -- automated vs. manual
- Industry specific placement, reciprocal linking, and web rings to name a few.
- Collateral advertising and printed materials
